Auditions are open to those 14 and older.
Please bring a cut of your choice under 1 minute in length.
Bring your own music in a binder, in the correct key, with cuts clearly marked. An accompanist will be provided. Please no tracks or acapella auditions. Please do not sing a cut from Bright Star.
As you select your audition cut, please research and consider the content of Bright Star. Factors to consider include but are not limited to: the show’s musical style/genre, narrative elements, and character types. Help us get the best idea of where you fit in this show!
You will also be taught a short movement/dance segment by our choreographers and this will be performed in groups to the panel. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for movement.
